Existing Lighting consisted of (16) Poles with (2) 400 Metal Halides for a total of 14,880 Watts + (11) Carriage Poles with (1) 175 Metal Halide for an additional of 2,145 watts, or a total of 17,025. As you can see the light levels were extremely low making all of the above mentioned goals a necessity for the owners and tenants.
