OR-safe digital clock timers highlight of company’s medical safety products display
Leading isolated power products manufacturer, PG Life-Link, will exhibit its medical safety products at the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) World Safety Conference and Exposition, June 3-7, at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (Boston, Mass.). The PG LifeLink booth, 1117, will feature its Digital Clock Timers, as well as other operating and patient room equipment to reduce electrical shock risks.
NFPA approved Digital Clock Timers keep time in a clear, easy-to-read format for OR settings. PG LifeLink’s large red digits are easy to read in any lighting condition, unlike the typical smaller blue-green digits. The flush wall mount display is over 170% larger than most brands and is visible at more than three times the average maximum viewing distance. In addition, the LED technology employed in the timers sses less energy and has a longer bulb life than traditional blue-green lights.
Also for use in operating rooms, PG LifeLink offers Isolated Power Systems, X-Ray Film Viewers, and Operating Room Stereo Systems. Isolated Power systems meet NFPA standards with electrical fault protection required in “wet” operating room settings. X-Ray Film Viewers and Stereo Systems provide convenience and safety with proper power supplies for OR settings. Stereo Systems are MP3, iPod and CD compatible with AM/FM and satellite radio connections and a DVD player option.
For patient rooms, PG LifeLink’s Patient Service Consoles organize access to multiple receptacles, medical gas outlets, nurse call units and other electrical and mechanical devices needed for patient care in one code-compliant unit.
