The True RMS model 3293 provides exceptional dynamic range for measuring leak to load from 30mA to 1000A with 10uA of resolution. The True RMS model 3291 offers multiple range selection to measure load up to 1000A. In the past, many a user has suffered the frustration experienced when clamping around a conductor and the display is obstructed. Many have been unable to see the display in the darkness of the enclosure or many have found it nearly impossible to clamp around a conductor because of narrow spacing. This new flip clamp solves all of those inconveniences with the simple flip of the display panel for easy visibility. The brilliant backlight ensures a bright and clear display and the thin advanced sensor clamps easily even in the most narrow of spaces. Non-Metallic Phase Detector Series
Hioki announces its new Phase Detector models 3129 and 3129-10 series. This new series offers the only CATIII 1000V CATIV 600V Non-Metallic Detectors on the market! In the past, the conventional phase rotation detector required the technician to clamp onto exposed metallic parts of the conductor with metallic clips thus introducing the potential danger of electrical shock caused by the contact between two metal points. The 3129 series Non-Metallic clips ensure absolute safety by utilizing fully enclosed ABS molded clips with no metal exposure. Based on the electrostatic induction theory, the 3129 series Phase Detectors can safely and accurately detect rotation in three phase circuits. Correct rotation is indicated by a crystal clear beeping tune while bright red LEDs show the rotation direction. The 3129 series detectors can accommodate insulated wire diameters from 2.4 to 40mm and voltage ranges up to 1000V AC depending on the model selected.
